Hours: • Full time / Part time positions
Responsibilities Include: • Properly installs tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating and balancing tires • Repair tires when necessary • Oil Changes • Light maintenance on vehicles such as air filter and light bulb replacement • Provides knowledgeable information to service advisors • Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and properly utilizes tire bay equipment. • Ensures that all information is correct on work orders and documentation of service preformed is completed for sales team • Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed • Keep shop in clean, working order. • Assist other Technicians as needed. • Maintain professionalism and personal cleanliness
Prior tire installation experience preferred. Prior tire installation experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles Must pass TIA training within three months of hire Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills Excellent communication skills Have a customer service orientation
